Online Breastfeeding Classes

-This is a series of 4 one hour classes that allow ample time for questions and discussion. Did you ever stop to think that you spend 6 weeks or more preparing -for labor and delivery which lasts 24-36 hours typically, but only 2 hours preparing for breastfeeding which hopefully will last for at least 24 days if not 24 months?

Class size is limited to 5 couples per class. This gives you and your birth partner a chance to interact with the instructor in a personal way.

Enjoy learning in the comfort of your own home in your 'jammies'. All you need is a computer, internet connection and a phone (or mic and headset).

What Do The Classes Cover?

  1. Why Breastfeed? How Is Milk Made? How To Tell if Breastfeeding is Going Well

  3. Eating, Drinking and Medications, Breastfeeding Problems & Breastfeeding in Public
