This is the story of Salma Hayek's trip to Sierra Leone in west Africa. Salma is currently breastfeeding her 16 month old daughter, Valentina. When she came across a starving infant whose mother could not provide her own milk, Salma breastfed the baby herself. The baby's face tells it all.

Salma shares the story of her great grandmother doing the same thing in Mexico once. Her hope is for her daughter to grow up following in her footsteps: to be a giving and generous person.

WOW! Fantastic....I think this is just wonderful. I'm so proud of her for breastfeeding for this long, too. Amazing!!! I'm so bummed that our society seems to look down on breastfeeding well past 1 year; I'd like to do it for my daughter but feel too much pressure to move on. Urg.

This brought tears to my eyes each time I watched it. What an amazing and selfless gift. She is such an incredible and inspiring woman. Our society could learn a lot from her.
