According to Dr. Marianne Neifert, pediatrician, national breastfeeding expert and author of "Great Expectations: The Essential Guide to Breastfeeding" (Sterling, September 2009):

"I think we don't tell mothers to budget money for working through your breastfeeding. We tell mothers you're going to make money breastfeeding. But it costs money to feed a baby; how do you want to spend that, on the best nutrition or the second-best nutrition? So budget money in case you need to pay for a breastfeeding consultation or in case you need to rent a pump, and unfortunately, we don't get the good medical coverage for these things women deserve. That's a whole other issue."

    • We are committed to helping you enjoy breastfeeding.
    • We see only 10 clients per week. This allows ample time and energy for each client.
    • We offer our services as a package of 3 visits or as single visits.
    • Our PACKAGES offer significant savings. (Click here to see our Gold Packages)
    • Breastfeeding can not be taught or learned in one visit.
    • Breastfeeding problems take time to resolve. 
    • By the end of 3 visits you will be well prepared to successfully breastfeed your baby or babies.
    • If breastfeeding is going well and you feel that you only need one visit, please call us to discuss your individual situation.
    • We are happy to accommodate your needs and desires.

Debbie and Dianna are dedicated to providing the best possible care and service to you, including your complete understanding of our office policy regarding payment and insurance reimbursement. Payment is required at the time of service. We accept  cash, check, Master Card or Visa. Please fill out our client registration form and submit prior to your visit.

Length of time required for the consultation varies according to your baby's age, the time it takes for your baby to feed and the complexity of the problem.

Package includes:

  • 4-6 hours of face to face time with us
  • Unlimited e-mail support
  • One additional 15 minute Weight Check  
  • Summary of your visits faxed to your doctor and your baby's doctor     
  • We follow you until you have the confidence that breastfeeding is working well.

We are happy to work out a different payment plan, if needed.

The special package rate offers substantial savings off individually priced visits.

We are committed to giving you the breastfeeding help you need.

Unlimited e-mail support is only included with the Packages.

One follow-up e-mail is included with a single visit.

 
If you find that your breastfeeding issues are resolved in less visits, feel free to use your final visit for our Infant Massage Series (4 classes) or for a one-time private Infant Massage Instruction. We do not refund for unused visits.

CANCELLATIONS: a $50 deposit (Master Card or Visa) is required when your appointment is made. Your card will be charged for cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment. This applies to the initial visit only.
