7 Reasons You Will
Love Our Service

1. Friendliness

You'll enjoy our atmosphere of lighthearted, friendly communication. Though we take your problems very seriously, you'll relax more if we don't take ourselves too seriously. All of our staff members were chosen for their professional and mother/baby skills. Many clients have commented on how relaxed they and their babies are in our office. Why are we like this? Because it is the atmosphere we'd want for our daughters and grandbabies if they were the mothers and babies coming for help. Plus it is easier to learn how to breastfeed and for your milk to flow in a relaxed environment.

2. Gentleness

Let's face it. Having someone help you with breastfeeding is difficult for most women. Expect total gentleness and respect with our consultants. You'll receive care based on your individual needs, designed so you may experience a feeling of security and greater relaxation at all your visits. We even have a very comfortable chair and bed, pleasant and relaxing background music as well as the sound of water falling.

3. Competence & Skill

We take our profession as Lactation Consultants seriously. Our passion for helping breastfeeding babies and their mothers shine in all we do and say. Our consultants are always reading and attending conferences to keep 'abreast' of the ever changing world of breastfeeding.

4. Your Time

We show you respect in every way, including your time. Once you contact our office, we make every effort to schedule your appointment as quickly as possible. We are careful to allow 30 minutes between scheduled appointments because we do not hurry you or your baby. Babies decide when they are ready to eat not us or anyone else. We see you promptly at your reserved appointment time and complete your breastfeeding help in as few visits as possible.

Your 2 hour initial consultation is our promise to you to take the time to listen to all of your concerns and answer your questions. We commit to take the necessary time to understand your breastfeeding issues and to recommend a plan of care that you feel will work for you and your family.

5. Everything You Need At One Location

We provide you with all of the necessary supplies, care plans and handouts to assure you leave our office feeling confident and able to breastfeed your baby. We schedule your follow-up appointment before you leave the office so you know that we are there for you until you no longer need our services, whether it is for 1 week or 6 weeks.

6. Friendly, Gentle Lactation Consulting

Good lactation consulting is much more than excellent clinical skills. We establish lasting relationships with our clients based upon mutual trust and open communication. All of our staff is highly qualified in their fields: lactation consultants, doulas, infant massage therapists and clerical help. They are all  dedicated to helping mothers and babies succeed at breastfeeding.

7. Satisfaction

We are committed to providing you with the kind of service we want for our own daughters/in-laws. We have spent  thousands of hours working to create a service that delivers what it promises. Reaching the goals you have set for yourself as well as your pleasure and satisfaction are our goals.

Once you become a client, you'll receive UNLIMITED ACCESS to our staff of seasoned mother & baby mentors -- expert lactation consultants, breastfeeding counselors, latch experts, infant massage therapist, lullaby enthusiasts, and MORE... All of our mother & baby consultants are eager to share their expertise, personally answer all of your questions, and assist you in EXACTLY what you need to know to help your baby grow into a healthy, happy and well adjusted child!

Our site contains a limited amount of information. This is because breastfeeding and bonding can not be learned from a website, a book or a class. Individual attention and face to face instruction with experienced  consultants is the only way to truly learn how to breastfeed (successfully and pain-free) and how to nurture your baby through massage, story-telling and lullaby singing. (If you live in a remote area where there are no breastfeeding or mother baby consultants, please contact us. We will help you locate someone.)

Breastfeeding, as a natural extension of pregnancy and birth, has become a lost art in our country. Many mothers have no one to turn to when it comes to breastfeeding questions and support. Many mothers give up "trying" to breastfeed in the first few days either because of pain, "not enough milk", or pressure by family members or healthcare professionals to "give the baby a bottle!" When mothers give up breastfeeding they grieve and oftentimes feel guilty. We are here to help you through those first days and weeks so you can succeed.

We believe that Mothers and their Babies work together to learn the dance of their relationship. Singing lullabies, sharing stories, and reciting rhymes enhance the relationship between parents and their children and give them a long-lasting sense of togetherness.
